ABOUT THE SESSION
Day 3 is all about leadership, facilitation, and unlocking the human skills needed to lead meaningful transformation in times of uncertainty. The day begins with reflection tools that connect Meta Skills to the age of AI, followed by the powerful Stinky Fish exercise, helping participants voice unspoken concerns and build psychological safety. As the day unfolds, we explore how to lead in complexity, manage paradoxes, and navigate uncertainty with clarity. Participants will gain hands-on experience in designing processes, facilitating group dynamics, and applying the ARISE framework for adaptive leadership. Through storytelling, neuroscience, and trust-building techniques, we dive into what it truly means to lead for change. We close with a moment of reflection and gratitude, celebrating the connections, growth, and bold steps toward the future made over the past three days.
